I believe I have this and have had it since I was a young child. I have also been diagnosed with ADHD. I seem to have minor to major breakdowns once a year and I am really trying to understand what the issue is. I feel like I need to live a different life than the one I have been given sometimes (i.e 25-30 hour work week not 40) .
