It’s FAT Quarter Tuesday here at Andover Fabrics. That means it’s time for our sixth Winter Schoolhouse Fat Quarter Tuesdays Sweepstakes question.

Today’s question comes from the YouTube video of Gail Kessler’s presentation at Andover Fabrics Schoolhouse, Houston, Texas October 2011.
